Our first display is the latest picture from one of our grandson's, Andrew age 9, which prompted us to create this addition to our site.

His picture "The Penquin" really has a lot of feeling in it. Here he has a penquin guarding it's nest of eggs. He puts the penquin in its natural habitate, igloos, snow, snow covered rock, etc. Yet, Andrews light side of his personality comes through with a blue sky, sun shining and even rainbow, plus he throws in a tree for good measure. I love this piece of art.

For the past 3 or 4 years, we have had this lovely abstract done by another "budding" artist in our family. Scott was about 5or 6 when his parents had this made into a nice magnet for for our refrigerator. The original painting was accepted by his school and was framed and hangs in their hallways. We love the colors and Scott told us it was a Dragon. So we are proud to present "Dragon"

Scott's Abstract: ,

In 2004, on a the back of a "Thank You" note card, Scott artistically expressed his love for his grandparents.

Scotts grandparents:

Savannah, age 10, drew this picture of her farm and her horse "Little Bit" as a gift for Arlene Wright-Correll.

This "Thank You" note was received from the budding young artist, Savannah, age 10.  Not only do we appreciate this artist's work, a picture of her horse, but we appreciate the time, effort and good manners that came with it.

"Full of Power" is how Andrew, age 10 sees everything today.  Do you think it has anything to do with video games or those Japanese cartoon series he watches?  He sent us this one in November of 2005 along with some short stories he wrote.

William is not quite 6 years old. He has lots of artistic talents and works in all mediums. Here are some of his efforts during November 2005.

Williams brother, Dylan, is also a "budding" artist. Dylan age 11, art work "The Dragon"  was selected and entered in the "Annual Children's Art Show at the Brookhaven Gallery". Approximately 30 students were chosen from his school and it is considered a great honor.

Savannah, age 10 sends us this picture of Belle.
