Scratch Art Artists Retreats in Kentucky 

Avalon Stained Glass School and Creativity Center offers hosted weekends at the modest rate of $225 per person for up to 6 people. (Rate based on 2 per room (ALL twin beds-no bunks!) This will include 5 meals: dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and brunch on Sunday, snacks and drinks during your stay and a welcome gift for each person.A perfect getaway 2 night-3 day Scratch Art Artists, retreat where you just bring your own materials, projects or whatever and have a great weekend in the country at this “no teacher” spectacular weekend Scratch Art Artists retreat where you can experience an extraordinary weekend of Scratch Art Artists, sharing, fellowship and fun.

Our 2 great rooms offer more than ample accommodations for china painters. Our atmosphere is rural and cozy and our beds and meals are good.

Want to stay longer? Each additional night will be $125.00 per person, double occupancy and $160.00 for Single Occupancy. Dinner can per added for both Friday and Saturday night for a total of $39.00 per person.

Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to the availability of the Creativity Center.

Cost:  Only $225.00 + KY tax per person is required to guarantee your space. Reservations are fully refundable if we receive cancellation notice up to fourteen days prior to your scheduled arrive minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancelled reservations with less than 14 days notification will result in the loss of your advance payment. Guests arriving later or departing earlier than their confirmed dates will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked. We cannot make exceptions for weather or personal emergencies. This package cannot be combined with any other package nor do we give discounts on this package.

Note about Online Payment: Your card will only be charged for the retreat if there is space in the retreat. (Full payment is due upon registering for your event.)
